Upheaval - Letting it Go!

Many times after healing a particularly rooted block in our consciousness we experience upheaval. If you are always healing, you are always upheaving.  However, some upheaval can be experienced more acutely than other upheaval. Here are tips I have learned so far. 


  1. Headachey? 

    1. You may not be allowing the upheaval to flow. Close your eyes and picture a white light coming through your crown chakra. 

  2. Embrace the work of the day! 

    1. I used to think big upheaval meant I needed to take a break from everything. Most of the time this isn’t true. Often, the flow is still calling for you to remain present with the work of the day. This doesn’t mean you have to do emotionally, physically, or mentally strenuous activity, but you can still engage with life! I have found that doing the work of the day helps my upheaval flow and pass with grace and ease. 

  3. Napping? You’ll know if you need it. 

    1. If you are immediately sleepy then yes! Nap! You can power nap and let your body rejuvenate. 

  4. TFAS Is Everything ! 

    1. Watching a TFAS class tunes your consciousness to the vibration of Harmonious Union. This can help you not attach to your upheaval and let the ick flow away as your peace and joy return to you! 

  5. Be Gentle With Yourself 

    1.  I love to read a nice book and have some chocolate. Do what is good for you. Romance yourself with compassion! 

  6. Trust Your Healing 

    1. Upheaval is just the old pattern walking out the door. Let it. Don’t try to hold onto and overthink it. You did the mirror exercise, your found your peace, trust your healing and trust that love is real!
